Overview

We employ a methodology of entrepreneurship and, for the SPAC ventures we carefully form, provide access to the highest-quality management teams. Our “Sponsors Factory" playbook methodology combines expertise in entrepreneurship with strategic corporate partnerships to identify potentially novel SPAC concepts.

As venture builders, there are four core activities we are engaged in: Identifying novel SPAC themes; Designing elite operational teams; Allocating the required risk capital; and Helping govern or manage the merged companies.

Pureplay guides ventures throughout this process. There are various roles and responsibilities that we can assume in order to facilitate. We can assume a governance role by participating in the management of the companies to substantially contribute to their top-line growth by giving them a solid competitive advantage.

We engineer best-in-the-business teams from the ground up. We work with companies to complete this step once the SPAC’s unique theme is clearly identified and defined. The talent and manpower selected for participated are highly experienced operators that can support companies far beyond the IPO phase by facilitating the creation of long-term and sustainable value.

We choose a market area to pursue as an opportunity following detailed strategic research that attempts to explore different ideas and concepts. Our goal is to come up with a viable business theme for an uncharted territory where no other SPAC has ventured before.

In addition, we provide access to capital for the SPACs we form in house or match our external clients with other suitable sources of capital in our network. We either fund our own entities or connect partner companies with our network of investors.
