Our founder, Shay Kronfeld, has over 13 years of experience on Wall Street (working predominately with Maxim Group). Shay has a proven track record in investment banking and exclusive expertise in SPAC formation. Shay has been personally involved in over 30 SPAC transactions, raising a total of over $4 billion. Shay also has experience in successfully conducting IPOs, PIPEs, and M&A deals.
